2006 Ahnfeldt Napa Valley Cabernet Franc

The bouquet and flavors are abundant with cherries, raspberries, with a hint of milk chocolate.

The entry is smooth, and balanced with medium body. Fine grain tannins are abundant with a very pleasing finish.The Cabernet Franc comes from our six rows of grapes at our Monticello Vineyard, as does the Cabernet Sauvignon.

Our 2006 Cabernet Franc is a blend of 90% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Only 72 cases were produced.

Barrels are 100% French Oak from 5 cooperages; 50% new
Aged 22 months in barrels
